Pinyon Mill page - 2 of 6
A short distance from the well is the mill. This was a two stamp mill built by
the Baker Iron Works in 1891 located in Los Angeles. The mill was operated
by E. Holland and Company and later moved to its current location at The
Wall Street Mill. You may go to that trip in my site to see it.
These were probably water tanks used by the mill.
Stone walls for a building.
This water trough was fed by a spring in a side
canyon however as you can see it's now dry.
Tailings from the mill, not much but some may have washed down the wash.
