I thought that I was hearing to many bees for just the flowers,
looking up there was a large beehive in the rocks! Look in the
center of the photo, that's the beehive.
A fire swept through some of this area a few years ago.
There were several links of old pipe scattered
along the trail.
Another well however this one is caved in.
A couple of miles up
the trail I was
surprised to find a
small patch of paved
road going around a
dry waterfall!
