Daylight again!
The Arbuckle Mine, after leaving Afton Canyon we headed West down the very sandy Mojave River flood
plain for several miles. It was quite hot and we could not find a shady spot to set up camp so we proceeded
onto the site of Camp Cady. Unfortunately private property prevented us from traveling the last few hundred
yards to the old fort site however, photos showed there was nothing left there anyways. This was a great
trip we can hardly wait to do it again!
