We are now on the northern end of Death

This is the lake bed where rocks mysteriously
move. It actually snowed on us all the way here.

After we left the racetrack we headed down the Lippencott mine road into Saline Valley.
Normally the road is not that bad however this time it was raining and quite slippery. It definitely
had some pucker factor on the cliff hanger sections. Photo above is Jackie rockhounding.

On the way out of Saline Valley we encountered quite a bit of snow
and mud. There were several vehicles stuck on the way up.
